Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Faith More mobile application (the "Service") operated by TCB Prod. LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

1.2 User Account

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation

  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate TCB Prod. LLC, a TCB Prod. LLC employee, another user, or any other person or entity

  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way that is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership

The Service and its original content, excluding content provided by users, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TCB Prod. LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

2.2 License

Subject to these Terms, TCB Prod. LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Responsibility

Any data, text, information, or other materials that you submit through the Service ("User Content") are provided at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing it through the Service.

3.2 License to Public User Content

By submitting or posting content that you intentionally make public within the Service, including content shared through the Advice Board, shared messages, or other public-facing community features ("Public User Content"), you grant TCB Prod. LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that Public User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the public and community features of the Faith More Service.

This license applies only to content that you voluntarily choose to make publicly available or share with other users through designated public or shared features of the Service.

Private content, including private journal entries, personal notes, saved reflections, private memories, and other content that you have not intentionally submitted to a public or shared area of the Service, is not included in this license and will not be treated as Public User Content.

You retain ownership of your Public User Content. Removing or deleting Public User Content from the Service will terminate this license with respect to that content, except to the extent that the content has already been shared with or accessed by other users, or where retention is required for legal, security, or technical purposes.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TCB Prod. LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Governing Law
